Job description and requirements
Location: RA, Lori region, Teghout village
Contract terms: long-term, with a three-month probation period
Responsibilities:
legal service and consultation for the company's activities
drafting, reviewing, and legal analysis of contracts
development of internal legal documents
handling judicial and administrative cases, protecting company interests
organizing correspondence and legal processes with state authorities
drafting responses to claims, lawsuits, and applications
monitoring legislative changes
Required qualification:
higher education in law
relevant work experience
skills in document drafting and analysis
excellent command of Armenian and Russian (English is an advantage)
analytical thinking, goal-orientation, and diligence
high sense of responsibility and communication skills
ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
